I grew up in Chicago & Arizona, playing competitive sports since I could walk (baseball and american football). I attended The University of Arizona, graduating with a degree in business management. Moved to California shortly after Uni and was introduced to Yoga and Slacklining, which replaced weight training as my primary forms of movement. Yoga became a daily practice and slacklining became my passion. I traveled through Europe on a slacklining trip before moving to NZ. I discovered Acroyoga in NZ and fell in love. After a year of dedicated Yoga and Acroyoga practice I completed both a 200h Yoga Teacher Training at Nirvana Yoga Shala & Acroyoga Mastermind Teacher Training with Jason & Chelsey Magness. I am now a retreat leader at Aro Ha, a holistic health retreat, where I teach yoga, meditation, Acroyoga, & lead daily hikes. I also teach regular Yoga classes in Queenstown as well as our weekly Acroyoga classes. I'm on the journey; doing my best to continue being a student!
